　　4.分部資料

　　次要營運決策者已獲認定為本公司之執行董

　　事。山东五金工具厂家執行董事已將本集團之產品及服務業務

　　分為以下營運分部：

　　截至二零一六年六月三十日止六個月

　　(i)開發先進電池资料；及

　　(ii)開發高科技電動車。

　　截至二零一五年六月三十日止六個月

　　(i)開發先進電池资料；

　　(ii)開發高科技電動汽車；

　　(iii)開發夹杂動力汽車；及

　　(iv)自然資源業務。

　　本公司監察該等營運分部及按經調整分部經

　　營業績而作出计谋決定。

　　截至二零一五年六月三十日止六個月及截至

　　二零一五年十仲春三十一日止年度，本集團

　　已終止其開發及生產鋰離子動力電池業務，

　　而該等業務已於未經審核中期財務資料內呈

　　列為已終止經營業務且並無於分部資料內呈

　　列。有關該等已終止經營業務業績之進一步

　　詳情載於附註7。
